1st mate needed for J-Class. You need to have a strong racing background. Ideally you have been 1st mate on other high performance sailing yachts and have good a knowledge when it comes to servicing deck hardware, rigging, sail making and crew management. Looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and is looking to be apart of a well established program. You need to be fit and active as this is a physically demanding role.

Qualifications required: Yacht Master Offshore minimum, previous experience on high performance sailing yachts, 100ft or bigger as 1st mate
